Rules and Regulations

Refunds Rules

• No refund of the room rent will be given in any circumstances whatsoever once admission is taken.
• No refund of canteen and other charges will be given for vacation, holidays whatsoever.
• It is compulsory for the student to take food in canteen only. If any student does not take the food in canteen or not pay the half yearly canteen charges, management have the right to get backed the room no refund any type including security deposit will be given.
• The canteen will remain closed for 15 days during deepawali vacation. However hostel will provide lunch on Sunday’s.
• Student take possession of the room along with items (Fan, Tub light, Bed, Study table, Curtain, mattress, Bed sheet and Water Jug.) at the time of admission. If any thing damage the cost will be recovered from student. And deducted from maintenance deposit.
• Any kind of misbehavior, non payment, not following rules and regulation. Or indiscipline won’t be tolerated. The management preserves the right of expulsion instantly and no refund will be given.

Rooms Rules

• A student has to care of his personnel possessions or any valuable good owned by him, management is not responsible for loss of any personal item.
• The student staying in the hostel is responsible for his own actions; management is not responsible for any incident that occurs in or out of the hostel.
• The hostel management is not responsible for any medical expanses. The rector will provide emergency medication if required.
• Any student found damaging furniture or electric goods will be penalized
• Students are requested to park their vehicles in allotted parking area. The safety of the vehicle is owner’s responsibility.
• Student has to take care that the partner student should not be disturbed in studying or living. No music system is allowed except the walkman and mobile in the room
• No outsider is allowed inside the rooms. Any guest has to take prior permission by the rector to meet the student. Night stay of the guest is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Seeing any adult movie on laptop/computer or any objectionable picture in the hostel/room alone or with friends is not allowed. This punishable action under Indian penal code. If any student will be caught it will be his entire responsibility.
• No heater/ heating rod and electric iron is allowed in the room. The Geysers provided for hot water will be functional from 15th Nov to 15th Feb, from 7.00AM to 10.00 AM...

Canteen Rules

• The heavy Break fast as per weekly fixed menu with limited Tea/milk and Full meal dinner as per weekly fixed menu with limited special item.
• Only vegetarian food will be provided and no non –Veg food is allowed in the hostel
• Green vegetables will be prepared according the seasons.
• Food will be served in the 15 student group at a time on first come first basis other student has to wait patiently.

General Rules

• No student will be allowed to remain outside the hostel after 10.00P.M. In special case one has to take special permission from rector.
• No female friends are allowed in the hostel.
• No alcohol /drugs / narcotics/smoking/are permitted inside the hostel
• The hostel management is not responsible for any illegal act done by the student inside or outside the hostel.
• The student should take are of the safety measures while using the lift or any equipment/ accessories in the hostel. Hostel management will not be responsible for their negligence’s. Parents and institution will be informed about the misbehavior
